Tuesday, July 10

8:28 a.m. - An unknown person discharged a fire extinguisher in the rear stairwell of Trees Hall. The incident was cleared.

9:17 a.m. - An individual stuck in a Cathedral of Learning elevator was released by an elevator repairman.

12:31 p.m. - Another person who was stuck in a Cathedral of Learning elevator had to be freed by an elevator repairman.

2:25 p.m. - Pitt police arrested nonaffiliate Jeffery E. Prysock, of 603 Main St., Braddock, Pa., for aggravated assault at the corner of Forbes Avenue and Bouquet Street.

10:23 p.m. - Pitt police cited student Gilbert Brown, of 2627 Brookwood St., Harrisburg, Pa., for disorderly conduct in the 300 block of Oakland Avenue.

Wednesday, July 11

2:26 a.m. - A person reported the theft of his bike from the bike rack in the Graduate School of Public Health parking lot.

4:17 p.m. - Pitt police assisted outside police officers with a car accident at Fifth and Lytton avenues. A dark-colored SUV crashed into a cement planter on the sidewalk in front of the Pittsburgh Athletic Association.

7:44 p.m. - Three adults and one unnamed juvenile, all nonaffiliates, were handed citation arrests by Pitt police for defiant trespass on the property of the Chevron Science Center. The three adults were Robert Donald Valentine, of 2601 Cedar Bay Point, Apt. 203, Casselberry, Fl.; Mark Adam Mulville, of 7539 Betula Drive, New Port Richey, Fl.; and Debra Cestare, of 8050 Glitter Court, Orlando, Fl.

Thursday, July 12

7:13 p.m. - Pitt police cited nonaffiliate Robert J. Shipp, of 169 Penfort St., for disorderly conduct in the 100 block of DeSoto Street.

Friday, July 13

4:59 a.m. - Nonaffiliate Robert Douglas Fowler, of 1328 Sylvan St., Homestead, Pa., received a citation arrest from Pitt police for retail theft in the 7-Eleven store on Forbes Avenue.

Saturday, July 14

12:06 a.m. - Nonaffiliate Melissa Claire Woodbury, of 3108 Norwood Ave., was arrested for drunk diving at the nexus of Forbes Avenue and the Boulevard of the Allies.

Sunday, July 15

2:46 p.m. - A woman reported that an unknown male slapped her buttocks as they passed each other in a stairwell in Lawrence Hall.

11:16 p.m. - Michael P. Gainfort, of 4351 Schenley Farms Terrace, and Montell Wade, of 261 Oakhill Drive, were arrested for burglary near the corner of Louisa and Coltart streets.
