Oakland Councilman Bill Peduto reelected

Voters reelected Councilman Bill Peduto in District 8, which includes North Oakland, Squirrel Hill and Shadyside.

Peduto beat his Republican opponent, Greg Neugebauer, with 4,514 votes to Neugebauer's 939 with all precincts reporting.

The election results will not be made official until certified by the Allegheny County Board of Elections.
